To our valued clientele,
We'd like to thank you for your patience throughout these tumultuous times.
We at Mercedes-Benz Kingston have been closely monitoring the current situation and have put in place extensive measures to safeguard our staff & our dear clientele.
Despite these trying times, we remain open for business!
From the service and facility side of the organization:
- We have enhanced the methods used to clean our Service Loaner vehicles between uses.
- Our facility is being routinely sanitized with special attention to the high traffic areas and touch surfaces.
- Employees who have been out of the country or feel unwell are being instructed to self-quarantine.
- All employees have been instructed to wash hands frequently throughout the day
- We kindly ask our clients to postpone their appointments if they too have any symptoms.
TIRE CHANGE OVER:
Once this situation is over there will be a RUSH to come in for seasonal tire change over, why not come in now and be ready to go!
We are offering Complimentary Pick-Up / Delivery to make it even easier for you now!
From the sales side:
Although our store currently remains open for business, we have temporarily reduced our regular operating hours. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause but want you to know that we are also offering one-on-one V.I.P. appointments with Evening and weekend times available upon request. Some of the other offerings we can accommodate remotely are as follows:
- Video walk around of any inventory
- Pricing and payment information
- Evaluation of your trade-in
- Delivery of a car for an overnight test drive (depending on location)
- Arrange for paperwork to be signed with vehicle delivery at your home or place of work (depending on location)
In addition to these measures, if you’re experiencing any of the COVID-19 symptoms or have recently returned from a trip outside of the country, we politely ask you to refrain from visiting in person and rather reach out to us via phone or email. We still welcome your business and our dealership teams will remain ready and eager to assist you.
